i. Responsibilities: Handle incoming telephone calls and product inquiries. Write up customer orders in compliance with store policy and procedures. Keep in-store displays in order and inform manager of stock outages. Provide accurate and timely quotations. Process special orders, approve returns.
ii. Qualifications: Exceptional knowledge of the construction/building materials industry. Strong understanding of common building practices, products used and ability to read blueprints. Understand city bylaws and permit requirements. Strong abilities with computers. Professional level written and verbal communication skills. High degree of organizational skills. i. Responsibilities: Design of roof and floor systems using wood trusses, i-joists and pre-engineered wood beams for residential, commercial and agricultural construction. Prepare drawings for manufacturing and erecting wood building components. Provide technical support to customers, production and sales staff.
ii. Qualifications: Diploma from a recognized architectural, civil or construction engineering technology program, degree in civil engineering or previous experience designing roof and/or floor systems using engineered wood products.
i. Responsibilities: Guide customers around the yard and load and/or assist them in loading their orders. Answer simple questions or forward them to the appropriate person for a resolution. Secure customer signatures for orders and distribute paperwork. Ensure the yard is kept in a safe, clean and orderly fashion at all times. Assist drivers, warehouse person and/or forklift drivers as necessary. Load and unload incoming and outgoing product.
i. Responsibilities: Keep saws stocked with lumber as per orders. Conduct weekly lumber counts.
ii. Qualifications: Forklift operators must have a valid forklift operating certificate and have good organizational abilities and accuracy. All employees are required to maintain a clean workstation and operate all machinery and tools in a safe correct and careful manner.

i. Responsibilities: Assemble trusses in accordance with company procedures. Regularly inspect quality of work being performed and quality of materials and condition of equipment.
ii. Qualifications: Assemblers must be able to use a hammer and read a tape measure in the foot-inch-sixteen method. Proficiency in reading and written skills are required in order to read and understand work orders.
